Classes aim to be suitable for all levels, participants are encouraged to tune in to their unique bodies, notice how they are feeling on any particular day and to respond accordingly.
The primary aim is to help you to awaken the mind body connection through mindful movement. Classes may include a combination of flowing and static shapes to assist in building strength and flexibility. Breathing and relaxation techniques aim to leave you feeling calm and centred, refreshed and renewed.
