Learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques while improving your mobility, flexibility and strength.

Chair yoga allows you to enjoy the many benefits of a yoga practice and can be practiced anywhere. If you are recovering from injury, have trouble getting up and down from the floor, or you would simply like to experience a gentle, mindful practice, then this class is for you!
