A regular yoga practice is a great way to reduce stress and improve well-being and is wonderful for educators, health care providers and professionals. Classes are engaging, inclusive, and are adapted to individual needs so they are great for all levels. We can even offer chair/seated yoga!
How it works: Classes can be scheduled anytime throughout the day, usually from 45 to 60 minutes. Class fees are based on location, size and duration and can be adapted to fit your group requirements. For workplaces in the Melbourne, Geelong and Surf Coast region
