Be inspired by the beauty of nature while immersing yourself in nurturing yoga practices. Join Kate for this special Autumn gathering in a stunning secluded location!

These seasonal mini retreats provide a safe and supportive environment where you can be held in a community of connection and creation.  You will be guided through practices that allow you to feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and inspired.  Importantly, they also provide an opportunity to reset, to check in with yourself and align your actions to your intentions.

In Autumn, we tune into an invitation to slow down, to take note of what our bodies and minds need and to adapt our practices accordingly.  Embrace all the changes Autumn brings with this half day retreat that invites you to fall into stillness, find balance, and learn some simple yet effective self-care practices that prepare you for the cooler days ahead.

Your retreat includes:

  • Yin, and slow, intuitive movement practices

  • Meditation or Yoga Nidra

  • Sound healing and mantra,

  • Tea and snacks

Time: 10am arrival for a 10.15am start. Concludes at 12.30pm with time to chat and enjoy tea and snacks.

Where: This event is held at the stunning and secluded Surfcoast Yoga in Bellbrae.

Investment *:

  • $65 community rate, for those on a low income.

  • $75 supporter rate, for those who can offer a little more.

Note: Bring your own mat, favourite warm shawl or blanket and thick comfy socks. Other yoga props are provided, blocks, bolsters and blankets.

The practices are suitable for all levels, please advise if you require any additional support to participate.
