Community yoga classes are offered in a welcoming environment and are great for beginners or are perfect for those who would like a gentle, mindful practice.
Classes offer a variety of physical movement, breathwork and relaxation practices and will help you to develop a better awareness of your body and your breath. You will be encouraged to cultivate a mindful, compassionate and curious approach to your practice.

Note: Please bring your own yoga mat, a yoga block or two and a bolster if you have one, or a cushion. For the cooler weather, bring a light blanket.
