Kate is the founder of Embrace Yoga and has been teaching and sharing yoga since 2013 and offers small group classes, private yoga, workplace yoga and workshops and retreats.
Kate’s calming and grounding style of yoga aims to empower you to explore moving in ways that can lead to a fuller range of movement, increased flexibility and strength and allow you to become more mindful of the way you are moving through your day.
Having experienced first-hand the powerful benefits of yoga in her life she was called to do her teacher training in 2013 and has since completed several trainings including yin and nada yoga; the yoga of sound. She paves the way for you to rekindle the connection between your mind, body and breath so that you may find acceptance for where you are in this moment and learn to truly honour and respect your body.
Kate has three grown children and when she is not on the mat you will find her walking on the beach with her family and her dogs, hiking or practicing the harmonium.
