Community Yoga

Community yoga classes are offered in a welcoming environment and are great for beginners or are perfect for those who would like a gentle, mindful practice.

Classes offer a variety of physical movement, breathwork and relaxation practices and will help you to develop a better awareness of your body and your breath. You will be encouraged to cultivate a mindful, compassionate and curious approach to your practice.

New students - book an Intro Pass for $25.

Note: Please bring your own yoga mat, a yoga block or two and a bolster if you have one, or a cushion. For the cooler weather, bring a light blanket.

Embrace Rest Workshop

Craving a mindful pause? Enjoy deep rest with this 90 minute workshop.

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative practice designed especially for the quiet, reflective energy of winter. This soothing session blends gentle yoga, calming meditation, and healing sound practices to help you slow down and reset your nervous system.

You’ll be guided through techniques that support nervous system regulation, offering practical tools to ease stress, anxiety, and depression. Ideal for anyone who feels the winter blues, is looking to reduce stress, or is simply seeking a mindful moment to reconnect with themselves.

In this workshop, we will explore:

  • Gentle somatic, yin, and restorative movements
  • Mindful breathing techniques
  • Relaxation and meditation practices
  • Soothing sounds and mantra

Investment:

  • $28 community rate, for those who have limited financial resources at this time
  • $34 supporter rate, for those who can offer a little more.

Chair Yoga

Learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques while improving your mobility, flexibility and strength.

Chair yoga allows you to enjoy the many benefits of a yoga practice and can be practiced anywhere. If you are recovering from injury, have trouble getting up and down from the floor, or you would simply like to experience a gentle, mindful practice, then this class is for you!

Team Wellness

Your group will enjoy a combination of movement, meditation and breathwork techniques to help bring some relaxation and fun into their day.

A regular yoga practice is a great way to reduce stress and improve well-being and is wonderful for educators, health care providers and professionals. Classes are engaging, inclusive, and are adapted to individual needs so they are great for all levels. We can even offer chair/seated yoga!

Let us bring yoga to you!

How it works: Classes can be scheduled anytime throughout the day, usually from 45 to 60 minutes. Class fees are based on location, size and duration and can be adapted to fit your group requirements. For workplaces in the Melbourne, Geelong and Surf Coast region

Private Yoga - 1 on 1

Gain confidence in adapting the practice to suit your particular needs as we create an individualised practice just for you.

A private class can help you to improve: 

  • imbalances in the body,
  • postural problems,
  • and pain management, particularly back, neck and shoulder pain,
  • your understanding of the practice and how to adapt postures to suit your body.

You will learn how to develop a home practice to increase in flexibility, find strength you didn't know you had and find more balance in your body and mind.
